This place is a true gem in the heart of the city centre. Located steps away from a beautiful park and Emmanuel college, it's the perfect starting point to explore the city. The staff here are so attentive and friendly, it's like having a butler at your service. The room was impeccable, with all the amenities you could ask for, and the turndown service was such a nice touch. The restaurant served an amazing breakfast with a wide variety of options, and the bar and lounge area had a great vibe.

I had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel just outside the bustling city center. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to all the attractions of the city. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a stunning view of Parker's Piece. The bathroom had underfloor heating and the amenities were top-notch. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, and the free WiFi was incredibly fast. a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully refurbed hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the concierge and reception with warm hospitality. As Marriott Elite members, we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgraded room and a personalized welcome card. The hotel exudes elegance and attention to detail, with tasteful furnishings and the use of Tiffany turquoise branding throughout. Our room was both comfortable and functional, with thoughtful amenities like a Nespresso machine and teapot kettle. The tiled bathroom was luxurious, complete with fluffy white towels. The bar provided a great atmosphere, and we enjoyed excellent cocktails, especially the Bloody Mary. Although the service was a bit patchy in the bar, the overall experience was pleasant. Checking out on Valentine's Day was a delightful touch, as we discovered a bowl of Lindt chocolates for us to enjoy. We truly had a lovely stay and look forward to returning.

The attention to detail at this hotel is exceptional, from the fixtures and fittings to the little notes left in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the manager even left us a handwritten card to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The restaurant, Parker's Tavern, was exceptional with a great ambiance and a nice menu. The hotel's central location made it easy to access the main shopping areas.
